LaShonda Hill, GPHR
LaShonda Hill is the vice president of human resources for Colectivo Coffee Roasters in Milwaukee, WI. In this role, she leads the company-wide human resources function, including its services, policies and programs for cafes, bakery and wholesale operations. With a focus on the remarkable people of the company, she leads her team in delivering the highest level of consistency, compassion and confidentiality in alignment with Colectivo Coffee’s mission, values and customer experience.
LaShonda joined Colectivo Coffee in 2020 with almost 20 years of experience in global HR operations, employee engagement, internal communications, training and diversity, equity and inclusion. Before joining Colectivo, LaShonda worked at Rockwell Automation in various roles of increasing responsibility within HR and served as the vice president of the African-American Professional Network (AAPN). In her career, she has also spent time at Fiserv and GE Healthcare.
LaShonda holds a bachelor’s degree in broadcast and electronic communications from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI, and is certified by the HR Certification Institute as a Global Professional of Human Resources (GPHR).
LaShonda is wife of Chris and mom of Jordan and Kennedy. She enjoys traveling, playing recreational football and is a “recovering” studio session singer.
