Larry Kilmer

Larry Kilmer is an adjunct professor of urban planning. Larry is currently focused on the redevelopment and rehabilitation of housing throughout Milwaukee’s residential neighborhoods. His professional experience includes working for a local architecture firm and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and managing the Housing Rehabilitation Division for the nonprofit ACTS Community Development Corporation. Larry is currently the deputy director for the Community Development Authority – Housing Operations, Madison, WI.
