Kenicia McKinney

Kenicia McKinney has her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art Education with a focus in ceramics and painting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She has been teaching in the Milwaukee Public School District since 2013 and has experience teaching art to students from 3-90+ years of age. Kenicia is currently the 3rd-8th grade art teacher at Parkside School for the Arts in Bayview and is involved with both the Innovative Educator’s Institute through the Lynden Sculpture Garden and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and the ArtsHUB Kid Curators project through Arts @ Large and Cardinal Stritch University. In addition to her classroom experience, Kenicia has been teaching classes through the Milwaukee Public Schools Recreation Department since 2014.
