Kate Swan is the Assistant Vice President, Culture & Organizational Development for Old Republic Risk Management, a primary casualty insurance company that provides products to large corporate and group insureds with complex risk.
Kate is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the Company’s culture initiatives and training and development programs. She’s focused on developing a culture of learning, integrity, inclusion and continuous improvement as well as creating companywide opportunities for employee engagement.
Kate is an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM) with a Bachelor of Science in Educational Studies.
