Judy Reese

Judy is blessed with four phenomenal daughters. She was raised on horse farms where she worked with all sorts of animals from a young age. She and her siblings broke in four stepmothers, which they count as a major achievement. She graduated from high school in three years at 16 and had her own farm. Judy had two daughters before starting college at Rutgers and then had two more before doing her doctorate in Psychology. While pursuing her degrees she worked with one of the first Service Learning programs at a large university in exchange for tuition remission. She put her education to use by convincing donors to support the private schools where her daughters attended as scholarship students, as well as other charities and by working in the prison systems. Judy and her daughters also trained service dogs. After an incident resulting in a sever brain injury 12 years ago, Judy became disabled. She says that “she fakes normal.” She moved to Milwaukee two years ago to be near her two oldest daughters and her three grandkids.
