Joyce Ellwanger

Joyce Ellwanger, a 55-year resident of Milwaukee, Wisconsin is the past chair and current secretary for the MICAH (Milwaukee Inner-City Congregations Allied for Hope) Transportation Task Force. Having given her car to Wisconsin Public Radio four years ago, she is directly impacted by transportation challenges in Milwaukee.
