Joan Schneider

Joan moved to Milwaukee for employment as a sign language interpreter, and she later worked as a vocational rehabilitation counselor. She has served as the Executive Director at the Center for Deaf-Blind Persons since 2009. She has had the privilege of working with some amazing individuals, as they adapt to their loss of vision and hearing. She will share information about hearing and vision loss as well as strategies to consider.
