As a Change Management professional, it is a great feeling to help businesses manage change as they move through the various and constant shifts in today’s marketplace. Whether it be helping leaders understand that true transformation starts with them, or working with management to navigate the muddy waters of the people side of change, designing and delivering successful change programs is what it is all about for me.

As a certified change management professional (CCMP), and Registered Corporate Coach (RCC), I love solving problems and sharing my knowledge. Having worked in communications, finance, insurance, pharmaceuticals, professional services, and government, I find that no matter what the industry, everyone wants the same thing: to succeed.
