As an immigrant Ms. Plautz brings a unique perspective and is an agile leader with multi-disciplinary experience in banking, working in specialty divisions including private equity, bond financing, global trade, ESOPs and commercial lending.

Ms. Plautz graduated with an Executive MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2013. Her undergraduate studies from the same university included a triple major in Finance, International Business and French, and a minor in Business French.
