Howard Snyder

Mr. Snyder is a long time Milwaukee resident and married father of four. For 37 years Snyder ran Northwest Side CDC, a nationally known economic development corporation that he founded in 1983. The highpoints of his career have been building the Villard Library and grandfamily apartment units with a for profit partner, speaking about it at the 2016 UWM TEDx program and attending the KSG at Harvard. He is a graduate of the Economics Department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Recently Snyder published a book about his years of community development which has been favorably reviewed.
