Holly Baumgart is vice president of strategy at Sargento Foods, Inc. In this position, Holly is responsible for strategic planning, providing strategic direction to all business units and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Holly served as the vice president of information technology and led all aspects of technology, including digital transformation, information security and business intelligence.
Before joining the Sargento family in 2016, Holly worked at the Harley-Davidson Motor Company as director of IT strategy. Previously, she also served as senior manager in technology and security risk services at Ernst & Young.
Holly received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois, a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame, and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Holly is currently pursuing a master’s in sustainability at Harvard. She’s a certified public accountant and a certified information systems auditor. Holly enjoys being involved in her community and serves as a board member for Chicago Commons, Feeding Mouths Filling Minds, United Way and i.c. Stars.
Holly currently lives in Milwaukee, WI, and enjoys traveling, motorcycling and spending time with her two daughters.
