Greg Sukowaty

Greg is a first-year teacher of physics and chemistry. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in physical science education and is currently pursuing his first job, focusing on working in the Milwaukee Public School system. The last 15 years were dedicated to the hospitality industry, where he managed several restaurants. His main focus had been on opening new businesses as the beverage director, but decided to return to college when he and his wife decided to have children. He now has two children, ages 3 years and 4 months. His teaching pedagogy facilitates a UDL and PBL environment where students learn through exploration and guidance from their own interests. Greg student taught at Deer Creek Intermediary and MC2 High School. He believes that teachers are lifelong learners and he wants science to be the foundation for which students learn to observe and analyze their daily lives.
