Donald Scott

Donald Scott is a retired 83-year-old American of African descent with a BA (1960) and an MA (1982). He served in the U.S. Army as a 2nd Lieutenant (1960) and as Brigadier General (1991). He was the chief operating officer for the City of Atlanta, GA (1993), the founding director of AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps (1996), and deputy librarian and chief operating officer at the Library of Congress (2006).
