Chelsey Vissat

Chelsey Vissat is a senior sourcing manager at Milwaukee Tool responsible for leading a team that develops and implements supply base sourcing strategies that support new product development and ongoing supply base management.

Prior to Milwaukee Tool, Chelsey held various roles in supply chain, operations management, project management and procurement at Harley-Davidson, Kohl’s Corporation and Georgia-Pacific LLC. One of her most notable achievements was in launching the Thailand Harley-Davidson Vehicle Assembly Plant in 2018. Chelsey is passionate about developing talent and leading STEM activities for Girl Scouts and the Boys and Girls Club.

Chelsey earned an MBA from UW-Milwaukee in 2020 and has a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management from Michigan State University.

She loves to travel the world, hike, snowboard, fly fish and read.
