Catherine Wanzer

Catherine is the community relations and inclusion manager at Quad, a marketing solutions partner with 22,000 employees across the globe. In this role she provides a broad range of thought leadership and communication strategy to the organization, primarily in the areas of community outreach, corporate giving and the company’s business resource groups. She was instrumental in starting up Quad’s first affinity group, The Circle, which supports the advancement of women within the company. She has held other positions within Quad since joining in 2015.

Catherine is a member of the Arthur W. Page Society’s Future Leaders Experience, a two-year course designed to prepare high-potential communications executives for the role of chief communications officer. She is also a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Leadership Institute and a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.

Catherine is personally and professionally passionate about empowering women. She served as a mentor for multiple chapters of Girls on the Run and is involved in a number of professional women’s organizations. This is Catherine’s first year on the advisory council and she is thrilled to help engage and empower women throughout Milwaukee.

Prior to joining Quad, she worked in various roles for Milwaukee-based manufacturing companies and nonprofits. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a Master’s degree in Business from Concordia University of Wisconsin.
