Candy Underwood is a business professional with HR expertise. Her broad experience covers the employee life cycle including organizational design, talent acquisition, performance and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, engagement and retention, change and communication, and leadership development. She drives solutions to business challenges through people by learning the organization’s purpose, industry, competitive advantages, strategies, strengths and challenges. She earned her MS in HR from Marquette University and completed her bachelor’s degree in communications, political science and business administration at Carroll University.
