Bill Stokes

Bill is a retired newspaper columnist with Wisconsin State Journal, Milwaukee Journal and Chicago Tribune. He is the author of eight books, some of which are compilations of newspaper work. His published collection “Hi-ho Silver Anyway” was named “best nonfiction by a Wisconsin writer.” He has been the recipient of several awards, including the Scripts-Howard Ernie Pyle Memorial award.
