Barry Levenson

As a former Wisconsin Assistant Attorney General, Barry Levenson found his passion in 1986 when walking the aisle of a supermarket at 2 in the morning. The mustards spoke to him (sort of!) and he embarked on a journey that led him to create the National Mustard Museum with more than 6,600 mustards from around the world. As coordinator of the International Mustard Competition, Barry is certainly the world’s foremost authority on mustard.
