Anne O’Meara is the director of the Women Leaders Conference and manager of the Project Management and Agile program areas.  She has worked in education and program management in Milwaukee and Chicago. Anne has run programs and conferences on leadership, project management, writing, business and technical writing and public speaking as well as art and accessibility for people with disabilities.

Anne loves to travel and has visited Cuba and Spain (as a tour leader with UWM Osher Lifelong Learning Institute); Hong Kong, Italy; New York, NY; Ireland and many places in the U.S. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, gardening, playing pickleball, swimming and volunteering for the Shorewood Public Library.
