Adedoyin Familusi

Adedoyin Familusi, a native Yoruba speaker, brings over five years of experience as a French instructor and a strong, innovative approach to teaching French language and international communication. Earning her bachelor’s degree in French Language and Literature from Ekiti State University in Ado Ekiti, Nigeria in 2018, she is currently serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in French at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee’s Department of Global Studies while pursuing her Master’s degree in French and Francophone Literatures.

Adedoyin possesses a deep familiarity with fundamental concepts in French and Yoruba grammar, comprehension, practical exercises, composition, textual analysis and the application of linguistics to teaching French and Francophone literatures. She is passionate about integrating technology to create an engaging learning atmosphere, where students can actively explore diverse interests and cultural perspectives. Adedoyin’s dedication to student success shines through her ability to inspire and assist learners in mastering French language skills and developing intercultural competence.
