Craig Lustek

Craig Lustek has more than 20 years of experience in process engineering, research and development, product management and manufacturing with suppliers of elastomers and processing equipment.

Before joining R.D. Abbott (RDAbbott), Craig was an application engineer for one of the largest manufacturers of plastics injection molding machines (IMM). There he supported the setup and testing of new thermoset projects. He has also worked as a process engineer for liquid injection molding systems (LIMS) for a global Japanese silicone supplier. In other ventures, Craig directed and supported process development systems for silicones, epoxy resins and polyurethanes as a project manager. Craig is also a part-time instructor for a university-sponsored course in silicone fabrication and technology.

As an application engineer for RDAbbott, Craig shares his in-depth knowledge of LIMS through developing technical resources and procedures, defining optimal processes, consulting with customers, and training key personnel.
