Yoga can help you improve your balance, your strength, your flexibility and your energy. Learn how breathing exercises can change your mood. Learn to use basic poses and movements to relax and energize yourself at the same time. Mats are supplied.

This class is being offered live online. Logistical details will be provided to all registered participants a week before the course begins.
