Wisconsin Memorial Park Cemetery

Founded in 1929, Wisconsin Memorial Park is one of the most beautifully impressive cemeteries in the Midwest. Our guided tour will focus on the Great Memorial Building; this building spans more than two acres and holds three stories of crypts and cremation niches, two chapels, antique furnishings and a collection of art and artifacts. It is also home to the state’s largest collection (over 175) of imported stained-glass windows. The building is so well constructed that the government designated it as a bomb shelter during the Cold War. Join us as we learn about this impressive indoor mausoleum. Handicap accessible.
