We’re Going on a Bug Hunt

Grab your spyglasses and come along on this exciting exploration into the fascinating world of insects, spiders and other creepy crawly creatures! Learn all about what makes bugs tick. Get up close and personal with a variety of creatures, both in the lab and out in the field. All field trips are walking tours on the UWM campus. Note: Students will take walks on campus during the two weeks. 

Instructor

Jordan Lind

Jordan Lind currently teaches K5 at Alcott Elementary and has had many experiences working with children in the past, including five years working at the UWM Children’s Center for Learning. He is looking forward to working with the College for Kids young learners this summer.

Prerequisites

Kindergartners must be five years old by June 10, and must have prior five-days-a-week school experience to participate in our program.
