Mythology has been society’s way of dealing with the unknown and creating super-human gods and goddesses as the heroes and villains of these tales of wonder. In this class, you learn about our modern-day mythology, superheroes and comic books! From Superman to Captain America and the Joker to Thanos, these larger-than-life characters consume our literature and appear on our big screens. Learn how these superheroes compare to the mythology of ancient Greece, China, Scandinavia and more!
