This session is an overview of mindfulness as a tool for daily life. Learn to practice breath awareness and body awareness, as well as mindfulness of daily activities. You’ll also learn about the mechanisms of these methods and how they help us. These simple methods, that have been used for millennia, are tried-and-true ways to heal, nurture and grow.
