Entrepreneurial Training Program

Are you ready to launch a business? Do you need help writing a business plan? You’ve come to the right place!

The Entrepreneurial Training Program (ETP) offered by the Wisconsin Small Business Development Center provides the tools you need for idea generation and business model validation. Through instruction, guest speakers and coaching, the course serves those who are considering starting a business, owners of existing businesses struggling to get a handle on all the details, and those with successful companies that they want to grow. Learn how to identify and appeal to customers, apply for financing and manage your company efficiently.

The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation is offering qualified applicants Entrepreneurial Training Grants that cover 75% of the course fee, reducing your cost to $250 when you meet grant requirements. Per funding guidelines, this grant is intended for small businesses only, not intended for Nonprofit Organizations.

Currently Milwaukee will not be offering sessions of the ETP program, however, the SBDC at UW-Parkside is planning sessions. Call 262-595-3362 for more information. Application for the grant must be completed for consideration and can be found here:
