Bay View Walking Tour with Ron Winkler

Bay View was established in 1867 as a company town for the Milwaukee Iron Company. It was annexed to the city of Milwaukee 20 years later in 1887 but remains a distinct community with its own proud history. On this tour, Bay View historical lecturer, guide and author Ron Winkler shares the history of some of the neighborhood’s most historic homes, boarding houses and businesses. The starting point for this tour is the South Shore Pavilion.
