Art O’Saurus

Gr. K5-2

Dinosaurs: gone but not forgotten, particularly in the imagination of young artists who often focus on these extinct creatures as their first creative obsession. This course gives you the opportunity to expand upon your existing knowledge of the T. rex, pterodactyls, marine reptiles and ceratopsians. Scientific facts and educated guesses provide the inspiration for projects in drawing, painting, printmaking and sculpture as you build and craft art objects that are all definitely “dinosaurish.”
