Undergraduate Students View 18th Century Art

This week Assistant Professor Kay Wells’ ARTHIST 102: Renaissance to Modern Art and Architecture discussion sections visited the UWM Art History Gallery to view works from the UWM Art Collection. Teaching assistants Matt Rogan and Kelsey McCarey Soya looked at 18th century objects: Jean-Baptiste Perroneau’s pastel on paper Portrait of Jean Le Rond D’Alembert and Giovanni Battista Piranesi’s etching Veduta dell’Arco Tito.
