UW-Milwaukee Alumnus, Carlos Castillo-Chavez, will Speak at the Winter Commencement Ceremony

UW-Milwaukee Mathematical Sciences Alumnus, Carlos Castillo-Chavez, will speak to more than 600 graduate students and their families at the UW-Stevens Point Health Enhancement Center on Saturday, December 16th.

Carlos will talk to graduates who have earned associate, bachelor’s and master’s degrees at 10 a.m.

Carlos taught at Cornell University for 18 years and is currently teaching at Arizona State University. In total, he has mentored more than 550 Ph.D. doctoral and undergraduate students.

Carlos has degrees from UW-Milwaukee, UW-Stevens Point and UW-Madison.
