One workshop gives you lifelong skills to put on your resume and a new perspective on what it means to lead.
The Ignite Leadership Institute will be offered several times per year and can be completed in just ONE four-hour retreat.

Your Ignite experience will include:
- Participation in large-group learning and challenge-course activities
- Small-group discussions and activities with your Ignite Cluster and Coach
- A celebration of your program completion at the end of the Retreat
- An Ignite Workbook and Personal Reflection Guide to help you map out your leadership goals and next steps
- An Ignite t-shirt and certificate
