Sisters Like Me is an annual program that provides the opportunity for Black women-identified students to share their unique cultural experiences with other members of the community at UWM. Sisters like me invite Black women from the campus and community to facilitate community and bonding. Join us in welcoming our keynote, St. Clair Detrick-Jules, author of My Beautiful Black Hair: 101 Natural Hair Stories from the Sisterhood who will also be facilitating workshops on identity and storytelling.
