This epic and intimate portrait of Simone Veil follows her exceptional life from Holocaust survivor to French magistrate and President of the European Parliament, paying tribute to her resilience, strength and courage, as she sought justice for all and championed gender parity, and women’s access to contraception and legal abortion.
