Festival of Films in French

In this political satire about image and power, Arlette Saint-Amour, a fashion magazine editor, is invited by the Premier of Quebec to join his cabinet as minister of culture. Ambitious and inexperienced, Arlette incurs the wrath of the finance minister with her unconventional politics and use of the media to reinvigorate the arts.
