Budget and Planning (for Colleges & Schools)

Paul Klajbor is the Business Affairs Director and Divisional Finance Officer (DFO) for both the Academic Affairs Division and the Division of Strategic Enrollment Management and Student Success (SEMSS) at UWM. In this role, Paul oversees and manages all budgetary, financial planning, and resource allocation efforts for the Office of the Provost, the Division of Academic Affairs, and SEMSS. His leadership ensures that financial strategies align with institutional goals, supporting the university’s mission through sound fiscal stewardship.

Fall 2024 Finance Town Halls

Provost and Vice Chancellor Andrew Daire, Vice Chancellor Robin Van Harpen, and Chief Financial Officer Drew Knab held sessions on UWM’s Financial Strategies and the Budget Model that addressed the key drivers of UWM’s budget and how UWM’s activity-based Budget Model works.
