The Provost’s Update is on hiatus through UWinteriM, and will return on January 17, 2025. During the Spring 2025 semesters, the Provost’s Updates will be sent out on the first and third Fridays of the month, except where otherwise noted (*) in the schedule. Below you’ll find the Provost’s Update schedule for Spring 2025.

The Update now includes an Advancing 2030 Plan Commitments section that highlights accomplishments and announcements relating to the following 2030 commitment areas:
- Students’ Engagement and their Academic and Personal Journey
- Positive Employee Experience
- Research, Innovation, and Community Impact
- Fiscal Sustainability and Economically Anchoring Southeastern Wisconsin.
Submit an Item for the Provost’s Update
We are coordinating with Marketing and Communications, and you can submit your items for the Provost’s Update by visiting the Marketing & Communications Submissions page and selecting the Campus Announcements form.

As you are filling out the form, check “Yes, Please submit my submission to the Provost’s Office” under “Notify the Provost’s Office” so your submission will be forwarded to us. You will then be prompted to check the 2030 commitment(s) that are most applicable to your submission (please select all that apply). You can see the example below:
With our process, it is difficult to include late submissions after the deadline date. Items submitted after the deadline will be included in the following Update. Thank you for your understanding.
