The Dean of Students Office provides services designed to enhance students’ academic and personal success. Students come to the Dean of Students Office to seek help resolving problems on campus and to seek support in times of crisis. Additionally, we guide students to build a responsible and respectful community. We promote students’ rights and responsibilities by addressing conduct on campus and in the surrounding communities. If you need someone to listen, help, or lend a hand, the Dean of Students Office is your first stop.

Strategic Priorities
We are experts in navigating complex student issues/challenges where we engage all members of the UWM community to build UWM’s capacity to support students.
The UWM Dean of Students engages in an on-going strategic thinking process. Strategic themes guide priorities within the Dean of Students Office. Each semester, action items are reviewed for alignment. Biannually, the strategic themes are reviewed and updated.
