Full Admission with EAP placement hold

Students admitted with full admission with EAP placement hold have been admitted to an academic degree program but may be required to complete some English for Academic Purposes coursework based on their English Placement Test for Non-Native Speakers (EPT-NNSE) placement.Students with this admission status can also enroll in non-EAP courses. Foundation students cannot enroll in more than 16 credits overall.

The EAP courses replace the General Education Requirements (GER) classes for undergraduates. Non-native speakers of English take EAP courses to earn credit towards their degree, to complete GER, and to improve in English writing and reading skills.

Students currently in the Intensive English Program (IEP) can be matriculated into full admission with foundation WITHOUT A TOEFL/IELTS score. Please find the course plan for students who have been matriculated into full admission with foundation below.
