The University of Texas San Antonio Libraries Special Collections recently published a large collection of digitized recipes from the Mexican Cookbook Collection, the largest in the nation. There will be three volumes: Postres (desserts), Drinks, and Main Courses. Currently, only Postres has been released, available either in a pdf or an epub. With desserts like baked bananas, chestnut flan, and churros, you can learn about the culinary side of Mexican culture through your stomach.
