The North Central Council of Latin Americanists (NCCLA) is a vibrant, interdisciplinary organization, dedicated to research and teaching about Latin America and the Caribbean. The strength of NCCLA lies in its engaged membership network of academics, students and other professionals from the upper Midwest.

The NCCLA Secretariat is housed at the Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
