Through its federal funding mission CLACS supports Latin Americanist/ Caribbeanist faculty not only from UWM but also from public and private institutions throughout Milwaukee, the state of Wisconsin, and the Upper Midwest. People affiliated with CLACS possess a rich variety of research interests and the Center is fortunate to have such a tremendous amount of expertise among its members.
