Hemispheres, the international outreach consortium at the University of Texas at Austin, produces 15 Minute History, billed as a podcast for students, educators, and history buffs.  A simple “Latin America” search turns up episodes such as “Effects of the Atlantic Slave Trade on the Americas,” and “Mapping Perspectives of the Mexican-American War,” and “Developing the Amazon,” among many others.  And if you are looking for teaching resources beyond Latin America, you have at present 94 podcast episodes and counting….Can’t find a topic you were hoping for?
