This exhibition presents a selection of work by Warrington Colescott, one of Wisconsin’s foremost print artists. In his art, Colescott focused on some of the major issues that affected American society in the second half of the twentieth century, including the anti-war movement and the birth of environmentalism. Comic Cuts highlights the way that Colescott addressed these topics in his trademark satirical style.
