– Jeffrey N. Joyce is Vice President for Research at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, Kansas City, Missouri.

– Mitchell H. Whaley is Dean of the College of Applied Sciences and Technology and Professor of Exercise Science at Ball State University, Muncie, Indiana.
