United Nations Summer Seminar 2023

Shale HorowitzGain a better understanding of the role, impact, and significance of international organizations within the larger context of ruling regimes and global power relationships. Join Professor Shale Horowitz, from dates May 22nd to June 24th, 2023, at the MAPSS United Nations Seminar. This program goes on for five weeks and offers six credits to complete. Those six credits are upper-division credits in International Relations that satisfy the L&S research requirement in the major. Students of all levels (minimum 2.5 GPA is required) are encouraged to apply! Four weeks in Manhattan and one week on campus this program allows students to meet with diplomats from countries all over the world, while also having a generous amount of free time to enjoy the amazing sights, events, and activities in New York City also known as the one and only Big Apple!
