Daytime sleepiness? Irritability? Trouble focusing? You might not be getting enough quality sleep! It’s hard to overstate how essential sleep is to mental, emotional and physical well-being. Drop by to learn quick steps to improve your sleep environment, decorate a take-home sleep mask, make your own essential oil roller ball, practice easy meditation and breathing exercises, and design your personal bedtime routine. The Student Health and Wellness Center and Student Involvement staff look forward to seeing you!
