Enes is currently a Ph.D. student. His research interests are on the complex nature of international and ethnic conflicts with a deep focus on onset and duration. He is also interested in mass migration movements. He conducted field research across Turkey analyzing the state response to Syrian refugees and the fragile coexistence of refugee and host communities. Enes earned his BA and MA in International Relations from Bilkent University in Turkey.
