MAPSS (Milwaukee Area Political Science Seminar)

Join us Friday, September 14th, at 11am at UWM’s Bolton B92 for the inaugural MAPPS talk featuring Jessica Rich of Marquette University presenting her research on “State-Sponsored Activism:  Bureaucrats and Social Movements in Democratic Brazil.”  Natasha Sugiyama of UWM will serve as discussant.

MAPPS is a joint research venture between the Political Science Departments at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and Marquette University, aimed at increased scholarly interaction across the city of Milwaukee.  Seminars are held on the second Friday of each month at 11am, alternating between UWM and Marquette University.  Questions?  Contact organizers John Reuter (reutero@uwm.edu) or Amber Wichowsky (amber.wichowsky@marquette.edu).
