Giorgio Sarro, UWM Atmospheric Science senior and Support for Undergraduate Research Fellows awardee, received Honorable Mention status from two national fellowship programs: NSF’s Graduate Research Fellowship Program and the National Academies’ Ford Fellowship program. Sarro was one of only ten awardees in the Climate and Large-Scale Atmospheric Dynamics category. Congratulations!
